Mrs. Katie Bird

 

Mrs. Katie Bird has a Master of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northern Illinois University with a minor in Biology. Katie has endorsements in Biology, Geology, Math, General Science, and Social Studies. She also has over 30 post-graduate hours in Brain-based learning. Prior to joining HFCA, she taught middle school Math, Science, English, and Social Studies in a local public school district.
