Christmas has always been a celebration of faith and community at Holy Family Catholic Academy in Inverness, and faith and community are needed now more than ever. Principal Kate O'Brien challenged students to determine the best way for their school re-imagine a time of coming together when the success of its in-person instruction has been to keep physical distance.

Successful philanthropists and entrepreneurs have one thing in common--they see a need and fill it. HFCA 8th grade students identified the need to encourage more girls to pursue math and STEM disciplines and formed a not-for-profit organization to formalize their plan.
